Abigail is a graduate from Auckland University of Technology where she gained a bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). Abigail has worked in Thames Hospital in the Medical and AT&R wards as well as in the community setting. She has also conducted a falls and balance risk clinic for high falls risk patients, as well as back pain classes for clients with chronic pain.

Since joining Rope Neuro Rehabilitation in 2017 Abigail has worked with a lot of clients with Parkinson’s Disease ranging from newly diagnosed to late stage Parkinson’s. Abigail is a certified LSVT BIG practitioner and works with the Parkinson's population seeing dramatic effects in mobility and function. She also runs one of our Parkinson's specific exercise classes.

Abigail has always had a passion for Neurological Rehabilitation, with a keen interest in Parkinson's, Stroke and Upper Limb Rehabilitation, Concussion and Spinal Cord Injuries. She enjoys working with clients in the Neurological population.  She has also done training in Vestibular Rehabilitation for clients with dizziness and balance issues.
